This amazing tool is designed to empower new parents (and the more experienced) to engage with their babies in the wonderful world of massage.
Instruction is given with you using your baby and Linda using a demonstration doll. An extra doll is always available as babies can be totally unpredictable and may want to nap or cry when its time for parental learning.
Benefits of baby massage can include a better quality of sleep for the baby, increase in parent and baby bonding (especially good for partners), reduction in stress and anxiety in the baby, and baby massage may even help with crying.
Instructions are clearly given and parents can practice at the same time.
If Linda is doing an “at home” Baby Massage Instruction session in your home for 1.15hr, you are welcome to have an additional 2 family members there (sister/ auntie/ grandparent etc). Cost is $190. Dolls are supplied for each person to practice on.
A visit to Linda’s clinic in Castle Hill for the 1.15hr Baby Massage Instruction can also occur but due to the size of the room only 2 people can attend. The cost for this is $150.
Massage oils ($16 each for 125mls of either cold pressed organic SESAME or SWEET ALMOND or APRICOT KERNEL oil) suitable for baby as well as an instruction booklet ($21) describing all baby massage sequences are also available for purchase.
Massage sequences for helping with wind, colic and constipation are also taught.
Full payment is required upon booking to secure the appointment time. Videoing of any techniques is not permitted during the session.
